Having continuous, compassionate support in labor can transform your birth experience. As your doula, I walk with you through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum!
Currently offering support for primarily home & birth center births, with limited hospital birth availability.
Seeing mothers birth their babies in a nurturing environment lights a fire in me! We don't get any do-overs in birth, so your experience matters.
This isn't just about a healthy mom and healthy baby (although those two things are so important!). It's about support, informed consent, overcoming fears, patience, empathy, and love. Let's do this!
As a birthworker, I have the opportunity to partner with your family during this once-in-a-lifetime journey. I'm passionate about squeezing hips, building birth plans, educating you about your options, incorporating fathers into the birth, labor positions, and pretty much anything that will make you feel like you rocked your birth!
