Every birth leaves a story behind.
Whether your experience was beautiful, disappointing, confusing, traumatic, or simply left you with unanswered questions, this conversation provides space to process it with someone who understands birth.
Together we'll walk through your story, make sense of what happened, answer lingering questions when possible, acknowledge both the grief and the joy, and help you move forward with greater clarity and peace.
This session is appropriate whether your birth was six weeks ago or six years ago.
Thoughtful, personalized support during pregnancy, without on-call birth attendance. This offering is ideal for families who already know who will attend their birth but still desire individualized preparation with a doula.
Over the course of two prenatal meetings (with the option for a third if needed), we'll prepare intentionally for your upcoming birth through personalized education, birth planning, comfort measure discussions, partner preparation, and evidence-based guidance tailored to your specific goals. You'll also have access to email support throughout your pregnancy for questions that arise along the way.
This option is especially helpful for families wanting additional preparation before labor begins.
